Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum qualification : SPM or equivalent Experience in operating CNC Milling Machines and manual machining equipment preferred. Proficient in using CNC Milling machines with Fanuc Controller Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-code programming, with the ability to write and interpret simple programs. Strong understanding of machining processes and production workflows. Able to work independently and as part of a team with good attention to detail. Key Responsibilities :
- To operate CNC Machining programs and process in accordance with drawing and specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities as scheduled to ensure equipment reliability.
- Inspect finished products and promptly report any quality issues to the team leader or supervisor.
- Accurately complete production documentation in a timely manner.
- To maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to 5S practices and safety protocols.
- To ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition prior to and during machining operations.
- Carry out additional duties and assignments as instructed by superiors
- To assess production capacity to prioritize tasks and manage job urgency effectively.
- To comply with all ISO Standards, safety guidelines, SOPs, work instructions, and company policies.
- To operate various machines including CNC, turning and manual machining equipment.
