Role Purposes
Oversee Store & Back End Operation, Primary KPI ensure stores running in 99.9% uptime and with support the following store devices (POS, Bluebird, WIFI, Apple devices & Back-end PC in running perfect order. Supporting Store Opening / Project and aligning business objective and GTDP strategy.
Job Description
- Align with Business & GTDP IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store & office.
- Plan and coordinate IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Supporting Inditex & Fashion in day-to-day IT issues
- All company assets (IT related) well managed
- Manage and maintain the company's IT systems and networks.
- Ensure data security and protect sensitive information.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
- Develop and manage the IT budget.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address IT-related needs and opportunities.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements and data specifications for any change.
- Work directly with the end users to gather information re system setup / changes.
- Analyze client-specific data and understand it to make recommendations to internal customers for greater use / efficiency, and work on data mapping and data gap analysis required as part of the development process.
- Support a solution that has been deployed by vendors or external partners;
Job Requirements
At least a bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Engineer(Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.Between 7 -10 years of experience, with exposure on POS, Apple technologies, and windows administrationResults-oriented and ability to support team objectives and goals, be a go-to person for the team in resolving challenging issuesHigh attention to detail and quality of resultsRetail experience is essential.Good English communication skills, written and verbal, is beneficialGood inter-personal communication skills are essential
