Senior Manager, Digitalization & Innovation
Drive and operationalize the ABS digitalization roadmap as outlined in the ABS Strategic Vision 2025–2026.
Serve as the CEO’s lead advisor and project partner on all digital education initiatives.
Align all digital projects with ABS’s business goals, brand identity, and market expansion strategies.
Oversee end-to-end development and rollout of the ABS Digital Learning Portal (DLP).
Ensure AI-driven features are effectively embedded and scalable.
Deploy and manage hybrid classroom solutions for immersive training delivery.
Lead the design and operations of the virtual recording studio for content production and live delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for the ABS Digital Portal.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strategically position the ABS brand on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and regional edtech marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Division to establish commercial partnerships and licensing models.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Innovation Management, or related field.Certification in Digital Marketing is highly desirable.Project Management certification is an advantage.8–12 years’ experience in digital transformation or edtech product commercialization.Proven success in launching and marketing digital learning platforms or digital products globally.Other Requirements
