Develop and expand the data centre service delivery market, focusing on telecommunications and data centre communications service industries (e.g. Equinix, Global Switch).Drive channel expansion through partnerships with hardware manufacturers (Cisco, Juniper, H3C) as well as suppliers and contractors; actively participate in exhibitions as a key sales channel.Manage the full business development cycle for telecom and global IT services, including lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, acceptance, and payment collection.Build and maintain strong customer relationships; understand client needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations to enhance satisfaction.Research industry trends and competitors, and formulate effective sales strategies and development plans.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and project delivery.Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvement actions.Represent the company at regional industry exhibitions and events (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.).Support other commercial activities as required, including events, quotation preparation, and ad-hoc business matters.Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in data centre industries, IT, telecommunications).
- Prior exposure to overseas market development or cross-border client management will be an added advantage.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with headquarters and international clients.
- Knowledge of Chinese, English & Malay.
Skills & Knowledge
- Familiarity with data centre solutions (experience with Cisco, Juniper, H3C, etc. is preferred), IT hardware, telecom equipment.
- Strong business negotiation, market research, and contract execution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
