Overview

TopFX, is seeking a reliable and results-driven Client Relationship Manager for Malaysia to join our team.

About TopFX

We have been providing liquidity solutions to brokers and CFD trading platforms to clients since 2010. We enable all types of clients to trade over 600 assets with institutional-grade conditions and first- class customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for activating new client registrations and securing first time deposit (FTD)
  • Liaise with clients to assist with onboarding, KYC and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship building to retain clients
  • Assist clients with trading platform basics
  • Have detailed knowledge of TopFX account types and products and relay information to clients
  • Observe client behavior and provide feedback to relevant internal teams when necessary (bonus abuse, etc)
  • Stay up to date with our competitors’ latest developments, products, promotions, etc
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving set KPI’s and targets
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
  • Big focus on increasing clients trading activities using different strategies

Requirements

  • Native language and English is a must.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role within the CFD trading industry.
  • A track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of FX markets and financial products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and relationship-building expertise.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of relevant regulations within country / region
