Responsibilities :

  • Daily operation and maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Handle production issues and coordinate with development teams.
  • Analyze business and system data; prepare reports.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in CRM operation / maintenance

    • , especially service-oriented systems.

  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, execution, and judgment skills.
  • Good analytical skills; able to prepare reports.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

    • Salary : RM5,000 to RM9,000
