JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible in equipment maintenance & installation projects.
Performs any combination of following task to repair defective printed circuit board assemblies, using soldering and de-soldering equipment : Examines PCB's under magnifying lamp and reads inspection tags to locate defects, such as insufficient or excess solder and missing or defective components and parts.
To provide prompt & comprehensive technical services such as repair / troubleshoot, warranty service, service contracts, maintenance plans and calibration / verification services.
Perform incoming Quality Check for all machines.
Assist in Machine Specific Testing for machine Continuous Improvement Program.
Dealing with the customers complaints in term of technical support.
Working closely with Sales and Nursing team to validate and overcome any support issues.
Provide feedback to Engineering department personnel as and when need arises.
Assist in process improvement and stability.
Additional task assigned by the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma holder in Engineering (Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic), or equivalent.

At least minimum 1-3 year(s) experience in machinery installation or maintenance.

Possess good sense of responsibility, self-disciplined, team player & passionate to work with different level of people.

Independent and self-motivated with initiative and good communication skills.

An excellent observer, able to capture the problem instantly and rectify it.

Willing to work irregular hours if required.
