About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio, located in the beautiful Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a full-time Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our guests, helping them relax, rejuvenate and recharge during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massage, facials, body wraps, and other holistic therapies
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest's experience is personalised and exceeds their expectations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised spa environment
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products to guests based on their individual needs and preferences
- Assist in the development and implementation of new spa treatments and services
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
