Responsibilities
Handle daily data entries into the accounting system with accuracy.
Verify, review and process documents submitted through the online reimbursements system (ORS).
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Maintain organized documentation and filing of records to support all accounting entries.
Assist with preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Support the team with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum : SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility, organized and willing to learn.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Able to read & type Mandarin will be added advantage.
Able to start working immediately will be added advantage.
Candidates who are able to handle full set of accounts including general ledger will be added advantage.
Candidate who have experience on tax will be added advantage.
