Key Responsibilities

• Financial assessment of companies
• Decide credit limit requests consistently, within response time included in Risk Business Model
• Assess companies with all information available in Allianz Trade’s ASEAN Risk database and own market knowledge
• Monitor risk portfolio by requesting further information to Risk office according to Information Quality Standards
• Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers, steer and provide proactive service level, according to policy holder classification
• Regular meetings with customers and brokers via telephone conferences
• Contribute to support Commercial Department in steering customer loss ratio and implement necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of a portfolio
• Prepare sector reviews
• Proactively monitor portfolio of buyers
