Solution Specialist

Overview

As a Solution Specialist, you will drive innovations, design, develop and deliver products and services to customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and skill development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Own and champion a core solution area. Liaise with the Sales team to design, develop, deploy and maintain next-generation solutions for customers. Continuously build reusable software components and improve customer experience for Simplify technologies and methodologies. Communicate and educate customers and partners in using products and services. Monitor live apps or systems, analyze data and liaise with the Support team to fix product defects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience in software development in embedded systems, mobile, web and / or cloud applications. Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. Having a Design Thinking background is a plus. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate in English. Proactive self-starter, able to build commercial-grade products and manage work autonomously. Proficient in any of these : C / C++, C#, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter / Dart, PHP, Python and / or Prompt engineering.
