Overview

Our client is a leading Bank with a global network across the region and globe. They are expanding their business and seeking a Bank Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Malaysia. Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers or clients to provide consultancy, advisory, and marketing of insurance products and plans. Prospect, perform cold calling, qualify customers, set appointments, and provide financial advisory services. Collaborate with branch colleagues to convert leads / referrals into sales closures and build relationships with bank customers for future up-selling. Participate in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers; provide follow-up on policy servicing (e.g., payment mode changes, plan changes, trustee appointments, top-ups). Working experience or fresh graduates are welcome; coaching and buddy support system available for fresh hires. Candidates possess at least Diploma / Degree; or SPM holders with at least 5 passes (inclusive of BM) and at least 3 years of working experience. Outgoing personality with ability to engage in conversation with people at all levels. Good communication in Chinese and English is an added advantage.
