Position Overview :
Our client is a leading multinational retailer with a strong presence in Malaysia and across Asia. They are seeking an experienced and people-focused HRBP to lead the HR function at a store level.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fair remuneration practices.
- Drive learning and development, diversity initiatives, and talent pipelines to strengthen business competence.
- Supports managers in performance appraisals, leadership development, and building a culture of engagement and job satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
Proven HR management experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Leadership and coaching skills to develop managers and employees.Experience driving diversity, learning, and talent development programs.Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.High integrity, resilience, and commitment to company values.Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
