Job Description
Role : Card Member Services, Card Ops
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the team to ensure smooth running of the Card servicing function within the bank, which encompasses :
- Card cancellation, replacement, GIRO applications, Card Statement Retrieval, etc.
- Spearhead projects and initiatives in card servicing operations with business, operations and technology teams to increase efficiency and improve productivity, enhancing customer and employee journeys.
- Drive data-driven programs to support run and change agendas.
- Review and recommend process improvements for productivity and efficiency, using data to study trends in card servicing requests, perform gap / problem analysis, and provide change recommendations and risk mitigation.
- Conduct risk reviews, including self-assessments, internal reviews and audit reviews; highlight control gaps and propose action plans to ensure compliance with group operational policies in card servicing operations.
- Lead periodic control checks, upkeep and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s processes.
- Manage liaising with internal stakeholders on day-to-day card servicing operations to ensure service levels are met.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder from an accredited institution.At least 5 - 8 years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in card operations (card servicing operations experience is an added advantage).Knowledge in application of digitalisation, technologies and data analytics is advantageous.Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment.Experience in change management projects, including successful RPA and automation implementations.Meticulous with an eye for detail and a quality mindset.Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate to drive outcomes.Passionate, diligent and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.Team player, self-driven, motivated and resourceful.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).Additional Information
