Penerangan pekerjaanServes as a liaison for customers and departments. Effectively engage clients by promptly responding to their questions and issues via live chat, email, and phone. Efficaciously resolve customer complaints by carefully analysing events and determining the requirements needed. Coordination between other CS, executives, and coworkers from other departments. Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, whenever possible. Addresses and solves problems for clients in a professional manner. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Build sustainable relationships of trust through an open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools Investigate the situation and take appropriate measures. Accomplish operations of various scopes and levels of difficulty Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customer
- Immediate start required
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English
- Able to understand handwritten Mandarin.
- Candidates must be willing to work permanent night shifts & midnight shift. (6-days work with rotational off-days)
- Must be independent, self motivated, show initiative and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Experience in the consumer electronics / gaming hardware industry would be an advantage.
- Intermediate skills in MS office softwares.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
