Job Summary

The Business Development Support is responsible for assisting in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of business development activities. This includes maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), tracking deals, supporting quotations, conducting pricing analysis, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role also supports sales calls, monitors aviation-related events, and prepares accurate reporting to aid management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor SLAs and contract management records.
• Prepare and analyze aircraft movement and occupancy data reports.
• Conduct cost modelling, pricing analysis, and benchmarking to support proposals.
• Assist in preparing quotations and commercial documentation.
• Assist in special projects led by the business development team.
• Coordinate with cross-departments on cost inputs and financial data alignment.
• Support business development tracking, pipeline monitoring, and deal management.
• Stay updated on aviation-related events and market developments to provide insights.
• Provide sales call and client engagement support including follow-ups and documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the company from time to time.
