Responsibilities
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information on quotations, project statuses, and customer data.
- Align all projects and process activities by connecting sales, design, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage project-related finances by ensuring accurate quotations, contracts, and payments, while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Run weekly project review meetings to facilitate communication and lead teams to achieve both departmental and company goals.
- Prepare and present key reports on business performance and project risks to provide senior management with clear, data-driven view of operations.
Ideal Talent
5-7 years of experience in sales operations, business development, contract administration, project coordination, supply chain, procurement, data analyst or business analystAbility to prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.Strong understanding of business development and contract management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP / CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot or SAPStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailIf this opportunity aligns with your expertise and career goals, do apply now!
