You will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across various applications and services. Your expertise in MuleSoft and integration best practices will be crucial in driving our integration initiatives forward. You will be joining a team with mature and established processes and platforms, where you can help to increase its capabilities. This position is a Global position and individual contributor. Areas of responsibility : Design and Development : Create and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring high performance, scalability and reliability. Code Review : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance. Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Testing and Debugging : Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure functionality and stability of integration solutions. Documentation : Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with QA audits and regulatory standards. Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, integration trends, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions. Support during US and Europe time zones : Due to the significant number of users based in these regions, candidates should be prepared to work late hours at least a couple of times per week to ensure effective collaboration and support for stakeholders in those regions. Suggested profiles : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub. Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and data transformation. Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture. Planning / Co-coordinating abilities Understanding of cross-functional and global work environments. Cross-culture communication : Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Preferred Qualifications : MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certifications. Experience with other integration platforms. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI / CD practices.
