Warehouse Operations Manager

Overview

Malaysia’s premier online shopping platform is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations. This role involves managing and overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, team performance, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities

Manage the complete order flow, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping for online shopping orders. Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions. Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence. Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to warehouse staff to enhance skills, promote safety, and support career growth. Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations. Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control systems. Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
