Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau II, Johor Bahru. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various day-to-day tasks including managing employee records, prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing, assisting in administration functions, and update HR database and employee master list (passport, permit, insurance. Other responsibilities will include helping with HR management tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of labor law and HRDF / HRDC procedures is an advantage.
