JOB DESCRIPTION
SW Food Group is seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Partnership & Event Manager to lead our efforts in building impactful partnerships, executing brand events, and managing corporate communication initiatives. This role is important in enhancing our public image, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and aligning all internal and external communications with our company values and brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Corporate Partnerships, Events & Corporate Sales
- Plan, manage and execute corporate partnerships, events and brand collaborations to strengthen market presence.
- Identify and secure strategic partnership and corporate sales opportunities, developing proposals and presentations.
- Manage SW Food Group's participation in industry events, conferences, trade shows and award programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and partnership initiatives.
2. Public Relations, Media & Communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers to enhance corporate reputation.Develop and implement PR campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely media engagement.Oversee the creation of communication materials and brand assets, including brochures, presentations, corporate profilesn and press kits.Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and reputational risks, while managing crisis communication strategies when necessary.Act as company spokesperson when engaging with media and key stakeholders.3. Stakeholder Engagement & CSR
Develop and implement stakeholder communication strategies to engage customers, investors, partners, and community leaders.Lead CSR initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships to reinforce the company's values and commitments.Plan and oversee internal & external communication campaigns to keep employees aligned with company goals and achievements.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years' experience corporate communications, public relations, or a related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing settingStrong experience in event management & planningCrisis communication experience is a plusPeople-oriented and results-drivenAbility to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesKnowledge of corporate social responsibility practicesExperience in stakeholder engagement and community relations
