National Sales Manager (Agro-Chemicals / Fertilizers)

Division : Crop Care

Base Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the agrochemicals and fertilizer sector.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple states, setting clear sales objectives and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and product promotion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, leveraging insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
