Position : Store Manager

Location : Kulim, Kedah

Working Hours : 9AM – 6PM

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and store operations, including receiving, storage, picking, sorting, and dispatching of parcels and goods.
• Lead and manage a team of store staff, ensuring high productivity and compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery SLAs and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., transportation, customer service, and operations) to solve daily operational issues.
• Monitor warehouse safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Handle staff shift scheduling, overtime control, and resource allocation to support operational peaks (e.g., campaign periods).
• Generate and review operational reports (e.g., inbound / outbound volume, SLA, productivity, manpower cost).
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce cost.
• Handle and elevate major operational issues and emergencies to management when necessary.
• Supervise and evaluate drivers’ performance and delivery KPIs to ensure service quality and on‑time delivery.
• Manage all store assets (e.g., scanners, racks, vehicles, equipment) and ensure they are in good condition without loss or damage.
