Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day activities are coordinated based on the site cut-off and customer order CRDD dates.
• Special focus will be placed on shipments classified as critical. This includes Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments, impact to production / ITP or any customer’s specific request.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with customer’s LOM & other stakeholders as agreed by the customer’s site logistics team.
• Able to work closely and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to understand and provide the best transportation solution.
• In the event of critical and urgent issues such as TPT failure or factory lines down, Site-Operations is expected to provide 24x7 coverage for real-time communication and close follow-up until issue is resolved.
• Support all business continuity plan scenarios by providing regular updates on shipments until the crisis is over.
• Provide proactive engagement with stakeholders on any exceptions tracking, damage reporting, logistics training and irregularities.
• Provide reports as required to stakeholders within the agreed frequency and timeline.
• Manage and maintain working procedures in alignment with the SOW and SLG in agreement with the customer.
• Maintain high level of training in transportation operation and will be able to provide cross-site training between the ATML sites.
