Provide excellence customer serve in-store by greeting customers, assisting with product enquiries and processing sales transactions accurately.

Support retail store operations by maintaining merchandise displays, restocking inventory and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Actively participate in in-house and external roadshows and events, representing the company professionally to engage potential customers and boost product sales.

Job Requirements :

Previous retail experience, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare retail environment is an advantage.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Willingness to work rotating AM / PM shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift / move merchandise and event materials as needed.

Dependable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Comfortable participating in roadshows and events off-site.
