To check, monitor, record and update of the workers daily attendance, OT and leave application process.
To update the daily production report and related statistical record.
To check and follow up of 6S schedule for related production department.
To liaise with HR department for production workers affair issues.
To guide for the new workers for the orientation and safety training before pass them to the related department and updating of the workers details in the namelist records.
To liaise with Admin department for production workers affair issued.
Updating of whole production workers namelist weekly.
To compile monthly production workers attendance list.
To communicate and act as translator between local production workers and expatriate to ensure the work instructions are followed and completed.
Responsible for translation of related production record and procedures to ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the related procedures.
Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
Monitor the progress of production, confirming that it stays on schedule and within budget. They meet regularly with production teams and managers to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
To perform any other tasks that is required by superior.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
Excellent team player with strong communicational skills
Required skills (s) : MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Preferably at least 1-2 years of production administration experiences.
Able to communicate in Mandarin due to required to deal with Mandarin speakers counterparts.
Strong communication & analytical skills.
Fast learner & must be able to work within the team.
Candidate with mandarin speaking posses high advantage.
