You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager – Outlet is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
To ensure each member has completed his or her online trainings, is familiar with World of Hyatt the loyalty program, a proper upselling program is in place, takes frequent audits to see the team's performances, provides good knowledge and ensures the team provides maximum guest satisfaction. Able to train and develop the team with new ideas and methods.
