As we strategically expand our focus on high-impact team building programs and leadership retreats, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to spearhead our B2B client acquisition.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven, autonomous "sales hunter" to join us on a freelance or part-time basis. Your entire focus will be on driving new business revenue. This is a pure "hunter" role, not an account management one. It is ideal for a self‑starter who is motivated by results and a highly attractive, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Prospecting : Actively prospect and identify a pipeline of new B2B clients (both SMEs and Corporations) in Malaysia who would benefit from our training.
- Strategic Outreach : Initiate contact with key decision‑makers (HR Directors, L&D Managers, C‑Level) via cold calls, strategic emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sales & Pitching : Conduct compelling sales presentations (virtual or in‑person) that skillfully articulate the value of our team building and leadership solutions.
- Proposal & Closing : Develop, write, and present customized training proposals and quotations. Skillfully manage negotiations and close new sales.
- Target Achievement : Meet ambitious, yet achievable, monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Core Requirements (Your "Must‑Haves")
Proven Training Industry Experience : You must have 2+ years of B2B sales experience working directly for a Malaysian training provider.HRD Corp (HRDC) Expertise : You must have a basic understanding of the HRD Corp process and be able to confidently advise clients on it.Verifiable Sales Track Record : You have a "brag file" of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.Self‑Starter Mindset : As a freelance / part‑time professional, you are highly independent, motivated, and able to manage your own time and pipeline without micro‑management.Exceptional Communication : You are a professional, articulate, and persuasive communicator and presenter.Advantageous : An existing, active network of contacts in HR or L&D departments across Malaysia.What We Offer (The "Why")
