The company covers an area of about 13.62 acres, with a full set of international advanced automated manufacturing equipment and automatic warehousing. The main products are Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) and Prepreg (PP) for printed circuits, and the products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea. Our client\'s sales volume of halogen-free environmentally friendly materials has ranked first in the world for a few consecutive years. The company\'s factory is partly dust-free, and the operation is fully automated.

Job Descriptions

Production

• Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control.
• Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review.
