• At least 2 years experience working in a Commis chef role
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
• Passion foe delivering great food and service
• Multitasking and organizational ability
• Good time management skills to complete much tasks and meets set targets
• Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays
