Senior Associate (Transfer Pricing)
Based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to Manager. This is a full-time and permanent position within Vistra Malaysia.
Administrative Matters
- Maintain and update client tracker and TP files.
- Prepare invoices and ensure proper filing / documentation upon completion of assignments.
- Keep Directors / Managers fully informed on all client interactions.
- Arrange despatch of documents and adhere to standard TP procedures.
TP Compliance & Advisory Assignments
Assist with proposals, client onboarding and preparation for kick-off meetings (FAR analysis).Conduct interviews, perform comparable searches, and source financial statements.Draft / review TPD, benchmarking reports and TP advisory materials; perform required research.Manage timelines, clear review points, document important information and ensure deliverables are complete before client review.Training
Attend training sessions, revise training materials and continuously build TP technical knowledge.Qualifications / Education & Work Experience
Degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA / CIA).Min 2–3 years relevant experience; 3–4 years taxation experience preferred.Knowledge of Malaysian TP Rules, TP Guidelines, OECD TP Guidelines and Income Tax Act 1967.Personal Skills / Attributes
