ERP Functional Consultant

Our client is a technology consulting firm specializing in ERP implementation, business process optimization, and digital transformation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with system functionality.

• Drive ERP project activities including business requirement gathering, process review, solution design, gap analysis, simulation, testing, data migration, and UAT.
• Support ERP system implementation, upgrades, and customization.
• Develop, maintain, and update system documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Perform software upgrades, system testing, and maintenance.
• Generate reports, formulas, and functions to meet business needs.
• Analyze and review data reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and resolve system issues to ensure smooth business operations.
