We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in paid media campaigns and a solid understanding of lead management, analytics, and CRM integration.
About the Role :
You will play a key role in developing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging ad creatives and copy across multiple channels (Meta and TikTok) in alignment with the company’s digital marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve KPIs such as lead volume, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad sets, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
Lead Management
Compile, organize, and upload leads into the company CRM system with accuracy and timeliness.Track and maintain proper tagging and source identification by creating UTM links for campaigns.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales.Ads Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.Monitor and report on key campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPL, and ROI.Provide actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations to optimize current and future campaigns.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to apply best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the Performance Lead to analyze results and recommend improvements.Work closely with designer to ensure campaigns are well-aligned with overall marketing goals.Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok and Google.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Analytics.Experience in setting up tracking pixels, UTM links, and Google Analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Good understanding of CRM systems, particularly in analyzing and studying lead data for campaign optimization.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.Experience in handle APAC and Latam Market will be preferred.Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.We offer a range of benefits including up to 15% EPF employer contribution, team engagement activities, and free-flowing snacks and beverages.
