Admin Executive
Job Role
An Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's administrative functions. This position requires a blend of organizational prowess, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation : Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents required for meetings and presentations.
- Keeping : Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Procurement and Inventory : Oversee office supplies, manage procurement processes, and liaise with vendors.
- Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within administrative operations.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Up to RM2,500.00 per month
