We are looking for Language Interpreters :

  • English - Karen - English
  • English - Sorani - English
  • English - Somali - English
  • English - Hebrew - English
  • English - Nepali - English
  • English - Russian - English
  • English - Uzbek - English
  • English - Karen - English
  • English - Burmese - English
  • English - Hmong - English
  • English - Fuzhou - English

Period of Employment : Permanent / Open to Malaysian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Valid Visa Holders

Working Hours : 40 hours per week, based on schedule, including permanent night shifts

Work Station : Work from home

Job Requirements :

  • Excellent command of English and respective native language (reading & writing)
  • Clear speaking with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions in both languages
  • Must be able to work from home for 9 hours following the client's schedule, with shifts between 7 pm – 7 am (including a 1-hour break)
  • Own a stable internet connection (minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload)
  • Own a mobile phone (Android Version 6+ or iOS 12+)
  • Willing to work permanent night shifts, including public holidays and weekends

    • Salary and Benefits :

  • RM 30 per hour, approximately RM 4800 per month
  • Two rotating days off per week
  • Public holidays and off days as per the country served (US)
  • Paid replacement leaves

    • Job Description :

  • Answer calls promptly and interpret in a friendly, professional manner
  • Accurately convey concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
  • Speak clearly with proper pronunciation and polite expressions
  • Maintain professionalism during calls
  • Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours
  • Follow client instructions to meet expectations, avoiding interactions with LEP without permission
  • Focus solely on interpretation; no escalation or resolution duties
