The Role
You will report to the Team Lead and play a key role in auditing Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs) financial statements and SIS compliance. This is an opportunity to apply your accounting knowledge and deepen your understanding of superannuation laws and compliance.
- Perform initial SMSF financial and compliance audits.
- Clearly document audit queries and evidence requirements.
- Ensure audit documentation is precise, complete and of high quality.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Uphold audit standards.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
- Willingness to learn the rules relating to SMSFs, with a view to complete basic audit functions
- Candidates will receive on the job training.
