Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hospitality Ambassador to join our team; a rehabilitation and recovery center committed to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Provide clear information and guidance regarding the center’s services, facilities, and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate patient engagement activities, including festive events and special celebrations, to create a joyful and uplifting environment.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient support for patients and visitors.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the center.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong passion for serving others and fostering a caring, supportive environment.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Basic skills in photo design or short video creation will be an added advantage.Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare support is preferred.Proficiency in English, Malay, and / or Mandarin is an advantage.Job Types
