Job Responsibilities

Develop and expand new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Prepare quotations, pricing, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.

Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales with team management exposure.

Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or logistics experience will have an added advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
