Salary Range :
RM3500 - RM5500 based on experience Assist in executing product launches (Private Brand / National Brand / Local Japanese Brand) in coordination with procurement and marketing teams. Support seasonal campaign cycles by managing timelines, product readiness, and stock availability. Track outlet sales, inventory performance, and promotion effectiveness. Training & Internal Coordination. Collaborate with training coordinators to roll out monthly frontliner training calendars. Prepare training materials for different categories of products with clear selling points and product knowledge. Coordinate with local and international suppliers for training input and sampling plans. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. Good in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity or interested in learning with Japanese brands or J-beauty / FMCG category. Preferable with 2-3 working experience in related role.
