MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage collection with the various Sales teams to produce optimum cash-flow and to achieve a satisfactory days sales outstanding (DSO) within the industrial norm.
• Monitor due compliance of the approved credit procedures in terms of documentation and the credit extension within the company’s agreed credit parameters i.e. within a certain tolerant percentage or number of days in excess.
• Manage credit extension effectively with zero bad debt or within the industrial norm.
• Perform credit evaluation of existing and new credit customers.
• Prepare relevant documentation to facilitate recovery of bad debts.
• Assist to liaise with company’s solicitors for accounts under legal action.
• Prepare reports to monitor status of collections and facilitate monthly Credit Control Meeting.
• Perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
