Hands‑on knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or trading platforms is an added advantage.Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and efficient in high‑pressure situations.Fast learner with a technical mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms.Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first approach.Other Requirements :Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
