Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspect of marketing, advertising, promotions, PT, digital and communications related to driving Company Brand and Corporate Marketing Strategies
  • Formulate & execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns form ATL, and Onground
  • Leads in the negotiation with working partners be it Press, Magazine, Online, POSM, Outdoor, Events and PR
  • Collaborative teamwork between internal stakeholders, Creative and Media partner
  • Ensures and facilitates effective communication flow throughout campaigns
  • Effective total marketing and advertising fund management and implementation
  • Assisting in any promotional activities for seasonal campaign
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Candidates with advertising agency background or from Telecommunication and FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills with strong analytical thinking and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Application – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Creative and innovative team player and able to work under tight schedules.
  • Able to work in a team well
  • Able to assist the marketing manager well and ensuring that the team meets the KPI and deadlines
  • Pro‐active in work matter
  • Company brand guideline is applied well
  • Ensuring to follow marketing processes and SOP
  • Note

  • The salary for a fresh graduate is RM3,300.00
  • Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Weekdays)
  • Off days : Saturday & Sunday
  • Notice of Termination : 2 months
  • Monthly Fix Transport Allowance : RM200
  • Monthly Mobile Phone Claim : Cap RM50
  • Overtime : For salary below RM4,000.00
  • OT Meal Allowance : For salary above
