We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service (focusing in E-Commerce) to support and enhance our online sales operations.

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience across online platforms. Your role is a key in maintaining high customer satisfaction while assisting in the day-to-day operations to support overall sales performance.

What's your role?

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or calls
  • Handle order-related questions, returns, and complaints professionally

Platform Management Support

  • Monitor and respond to messages on online platforms and website
  • Ensure customer ratings and feedback are tracked and addressed
  • Problem Solving & Escalation

  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce complaints
  • Order & System Tracking

  • Monitor order statuses and ensure timely fulfilment
  • Update customer service logs and CRM systems accurately
  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
  • Work on maintaining high store ratings and positive reviews
  • Who We're Looking For :

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience (Experience in e-commerce platforms is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Maintains accuracy in handling customer records, responses and internal reports, with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities to meet service deadlines
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
