Conduct a kick-off meeting to inform relevant departments about the new product introduction, schedule the Pilot Run, and provide ongoing reports to functional teams in an issue list format.
Monitor and ensure material availability for the Pilot Run, highlighting any challenges and facilitating resolution discussions.
Review “kick-off” preparation for the Pilot Run with relevant departments, conducting pre-run meetings if necessary.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings covering all project aspects, including FPY, scheduling, material status, fixture status, and issue lists; escalate issues as needed.
Oversee pilot run build results, assign a “Person in Charge” (PIC) for each issue, and follow up with PICs until issues are resolved and corrective actions are complete.
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the system from initiation to closure.
Integrate and optimize manufacturing resources to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
Track and monitor preparation, build status, and readiness to ensure the pilot run proceeds smoothly and on schedule.
Use project management tools to monitor issues and ensure resolution prior to mass production.
What you\'ll need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / Mechanical) or Management.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing product management or product coordination.
Experience in project management.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Gantt Chart, SAP, and Agile.
