What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
Oversee the smooth running of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, and staff scheduling
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and mentorship to your team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Liaise with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to continuously enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or cafe management, within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach

Thorough understanding of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences
