Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout door sales visits and networking.
- Meet potential customers (homeowners, businesses, interior designers, contractors) to promote curtains, blinds, and wallpaper products.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and provide product consultations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide after-sales service and follow-up on customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.Prior experience in sales is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Team player with good time management skills.Additional Information :
Training : 2 weeks at Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru branch.Work Location : Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.Working Hour : 10am-7pm ; 5days / weekSalary Package : RM3,200 - RM5,000 (depends on experience)
