Overview

Join to apply for the Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst (Korean speaking) role at Accenture Southeast Asia .

Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of stock / non-stock, PO / non-PO invoices, including debit / credit notes and affiliate invoices.
  • Reconciliation of various month-end reports.
  • Responsibility for activities assigned by the Invoice Processing Lead.
  • Process transactions of medium to difficult complexity.
  • Process pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order. Invoices may be with PO or without PO.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Ensure all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
  • Receive scanned invoices from Scanning Center and index invoices before processing by the Payments Processor.
  • Have working knowledge of both scanning and Accounts Payable application.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, efficiency and organization; adapt to learn new processes and work as part of a team.
  • Escalate production issues to the Invoice Processing Lead as appropriate.
  • Comply with client policies, procedures, and legal / regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Accounting, Finance or related degree with quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Math, Statistics, Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering).
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Written and spoken ability in English and Korean for Accenture interaction.
  • Previous accounting experience or studies.
  • Good teamwork skills; reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks.
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure; flexibility around month / quarter / year-end closing.
  • Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Client industry experience is a plus.
