Your Role
We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Senior Business Development Executive who will drive sales growth in Northern Malaysia by managing key accounts and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing new business, penetrating new segments, and winning strategic projects in industries like semiconductors, EV, medical, and electronics.Manage and expand existing global key accounts in alignment with global and regional strategies.Lead customer engagements from solution consultation to commercial proposal and negotiation.Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and supply chain teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions (e.g., corrugated paper, foam, lightweight wood, thermoformed plastics).Identify and champion sustainable packaging solutions, including CO₂ and cost‑saving initiatives.Apply analytical and proactive thinking to uncover market potential and pursue untapped opportunities.Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM tools and help improve forecasting accuracy.Monitor account receivables and support healthy cash flow performance.Participate in strategic planning to support Nefab Northern Region’s business targets.Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in B2B / industrial sectors.Familiarity with protective packaging materials (paper, foam, wood); plastics experience is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with C‑level customers.Confident in reading customer drawings and understanding product application / needs.Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and hands‑on in execution.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Multilingual (English / Mandarin) skills are highly desirable, especially for handling regional transfer projects (e.g., from China).What Nefab Offer
