Job Title : Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Location : KL
Language Requirement : English and Mandarin
Working Hours : 5-day work week, rotational shift
Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality customer service in both Chinese and English, responding promptly to customer inquiries and issues
Offer support through various channels (such as online chat, email, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, accurately record and track the progress of problem resolution
Assist customers with account operations such as registration, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic tasks
Collect and feedback customer suggestions, assist the team in optimizing service processes
Regularly report work progress and common issues to help improve the overall service quality of the team
Qualifications
At least an SPM qualification, fresh graduates are welcome
Proficient in both Chinese and English
Experience in customer service within the financial industry is preferred
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency field is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong learning ability and team spirit
