Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 7-10 years of experience in the retails, or similar industry with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role. Proven track record of successful operations management, including overseeing production, supply chain, quality assurance, and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and foster a culture of excellence. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve issues promptly. Required language for work : Mandarin (able to read, write and speak). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Able to work area Kapar Bestari, Klang (Nearby Setia Alam & Kapar).
Overview
- Manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the budget, monitor the financial health of the business unit, and ensure profitability by controlling costs to maintain financial stability.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Set short- and long-term objectives to enhance market presence and brand value.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize costs.
- Implement and leverage retail technologies, including data analytics tools, to optimize operations, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and drive overall business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Report regularly to the Director on key metrics, performance updates, and strategic initiatives.
